Returns / Refunds

Refunds

Our refund policy starts from the moment the customer receives the goods. Once the goods have arrived, you will have to check it and notify it by email at: streetwearbrand.info@gmail.com or on instagram at @stwear.jeans within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Once notified via email or instagram, we will check if it will be possible to start the refund process. The process only begins if:

1. The goods have serious and obvious defects that do not allow the jeans to be worn (Damaged product)

2. The product is completely different from what you ordered (Incorrect product)

3. If you don't receive the items after 30 days (Order Not Received)

4. Order cancellation only after 1 hours

Once we have accepted or rejected, you will be reimbursed with a 100% discount on another of our items of your choice. If, however, you want the money to be returned to your bank you will have to let us know and we will send it to you within 3-5 working days (Be careful, often only 80% of what you spent comes back due to taxes and commissions)

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple: We do not accept returns for any reason. If the size is wrong or you don't like the product once it arrives, it will be the full responsibility of the customer and STWEAR JEANS will not accept the return. Under no circumstances is it possible to return the product except on EXCEPTIONAL occasions.

 

Do you ship overseas

Yes, we ship all over the world. International Shipping takes 8-15 working days. Limited Shipping takes 20-25 working days.

How should I wash the jeans

Jeans without glitters can be washed like regular jeans. The same for glittery jeans although we strongly recommend turning the jeans inside out before wash.

Awaiting self pick-up

There are times when the buyer buys the product and enters a wrong address. Once 24 hours have passed since your order, it will not be possible to go back and the shipment will take place at that address.

At this point, once the ordere arrives at its destination, it will stop at the nearest local post office and we will take care of sending you any information to be able to collect your order(All this could happen even if the buyer is not at home)
